Full Fat Milk - (250 ml)
Full Fat Greek Yogurt - (½ Cup)
White Oats - (½ Cup)
Nutella (2 Tbsp )
Peanut-Butter (2 Tbsp)
Cut Banana - (1x)
Protein Powder - (1 Scoop)

Step 1:
Add Oats, Greek Yogurt, Nutella,
Peanut-Butter, Banana, Protein Powder and Milk into a blender and blend for 15s.

Step 3:
Pour into a cup or bottle of choice and enjoy

Step 2:
Shake the container then blend for 10s more for a smooth consistency.
