Ingredients:
​French Toast
Brioche/White Bread - (5x pieces)
Eggs​ - (5x)
Milk - (300ml)
Cinnamon - (1 Tbsp)
Vanilla Extract - (1 Tbsp)
Protein Powder - (1 Scoop)

Mixed Berries Jam
Frozen Mixed Berries - (200g)
Sugar - (100g)
Lemon Juice - (3 Tbsp)

Step 1:
In a bowl add Eggs, Milk, Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract, Protein Powder and mix together until combined.

Step 3:
Dip your bread into your mix and place it on a pan at (medium - high) heat.

Step 5:
​Take your piece of french toast off the pan and place it on a plate. Repeat with your other pieces of bread.

Step 7:
When your jam starts to bubble let it cook for (1-2) min, then take of heat.
Step 8:
On a plate, add your jam in between every layer of french toast and be generous for the final top piece.

Step 2:
In a pan on (low - medium) heat add your Frozen Mixed Berries, Sugar and Lemon Juice.

Step 4:
Flip with a spatula after (2-3) min depending on heat and let the other side cook.

Step 6:
While cooking your french toast ​make sure to mix your mixed berries jam with a wooden spoon every couple of minutes so it cooks evenly.

Step 9:
Finally if you would like add a big tablespoon of greek yogurt to the top
