Boneless Chicken Thigh - (1360g)​
Soy Sauce - (75g or 5 Tbsp)
Dark Soy Sauce - (30g or 2 Tbsp)
Honey - (80g or 4 Tbsp)
Rice Vinegar - (60g or 4 Tbsp)
Ginger-Paste - (30g or 2 Tbsp)
Garlic-Paste - (15g or 1 Tbsp)
Cornstarch Slurry
Corn Starch - (3 Tbsp)
Water - (4 Tbsp)

Cooked Rice - (2.5 cups)

Spicy Mayo Sauce
​ Mayo - (½ cup)
Full Fat Greek Yogurt - (½ cup)
Sriracha - (5 Tbsp)
Spices - (Salt,Pepper, Garlic)​​

Step 1:
In your slow cooker add chicken thigh, both soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger and garlic paste. Mix until combined.

Step 3:
When done add your corn starch slurry and cook on medium heat with an open lid for (20 min).

Step 5:
Add mayo, greek yogurt, sriracha and your spices ​into a bowl and mix.


Step 2:
Put on the lid and cook for (4-5 hours) on medium hear or (5+ hours) on low heat.

Step 4:
Then add your cooked rice into the pot and mix until combined.

Step 6:
Split your honey teriyaki chicken into 5 equal portions and add your spicy mayo to the top.
Step 7:
Place your meals in the fridge and warm them up whenever to enjoy a quick and tasty meal.
