Ingredients:
Scrambled eggs
Large Eggs - (4x)
Diced Onion - (¼)
Diced Herbs - (3g)
Salt - (Sprinkle)
Pepper - (Sprinkle)
Grated Cheese (10g)

Step 1:
In a bowl add eggs, diced onions, herbs, salt and pepper. mix until combined​

Step 3:
Use a spatula to mix the eggs while the cook for (3-4) min.

Step 6:
Flip the turkey with the spatula and let the other side cook for (3) minutes.
Step 7:
While the turkey cooks cut your avocado vertically around the pit.
Step 9:
On a plate, add your eggs, turkey and avocado.

Step 2:
Add butter to a pan on medium heat and once melted add your eggs.

Step 4:
Once the eggs are done remove them and add butter to your pan for the turkey. Cook for (3) min.

Step 8:
On one half of the avocado cut horizontal strips and scoop it with a spoon. Then season with salt and pepper.
