Ingredients:
Chicken Alfredo
​ Olive Oil - (1 Tbsp)
Boneless Diced Chicken Breast - (2 and ½)
Salt - (2 Tsp)
Pepper - (1 Tsp)
Garlic - (4 Cloves)
All Per-pose Flour - (2 and ½ Tbsp)
Whole Milk - (300ml)
Cooked Pasta - (2 cups)
Spinach - (100g)
Parmesan Cheese - (40g)​

Chicken Broth
Chicken Stock - (1 cube)
Hot Water - (300ml)

Step 1:
In a bowl add olive oil, chicken breast, salt and pepper.

Step 3:
When the chicken is cooked remove it and add your garlic, flour and chicken broth.
Step 4:
Once it is mixed add your milk, salt and pepper. Bring it to a boil.

Step 2:
Add the chicken to a large pan or skillet on (medium-high) heat. Keep mixing the chicken around, so it does not burn and each side is evenly cooked.

Step 5:
Then add ​your spinach and combine it with the sauce.


Step 7:
Cook for a (2-3) minutes more then take of heat.
Step 6:
Next add your cooked pasta, chicken and parmesan and mix until combined.
Step 8:
Split into 5 equal potions and enjoy.
